Join Our Board as a Director/Trustee

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Board of Directors/Trustees, who will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction and management of The Oak Partnership Trust.

About the Role

As a Director/Trustee, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and governance of our organization. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the education of children and young people in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to the development and implementation of our strategic plan, ensuring the organization remains true to its mission and values.
  2. Provide guidance and support to our senior leadership team, helping to drive innovation and improvement across the organization.
  3. Work collaboratively with other Board members to ensure effective governance and decision-making.
  4. Engage with our community, promoting the work of The Oak Partnership Trust and building relationships with key stakeholders.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals with a passion for education and a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people. If you have experience in HR/employment law, building/premises management, IT, or education, we would welcome your application.

As a Director/Trustee, you will be expected to dedicate approximately 2-5 hours per month to Board meetings and other activities. You will also be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and rigorous pre-employment checks.
