Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the school's academic, pastoral, and strategic development
  • Collaborate with the Executive Head and School Council to drive the school's vision and mission
  • Ensure the school's values and ethos are upheld and promoted
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support student well-being and academic success
  • Build strong relationships with staff, students, parents, and the wider community
