About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our retail team in a store environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will work closely with the store management team to maintain a clean and organized store environment, and assist with sales floor tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with sales floor tasks, including restocking shelves, processing transactions, and maintaining store displays.
  • Work closely with the store management team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.

Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues and store management.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately process transactions and handle cash.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
