About the Role
\\ Leaders in Care is seeking an exceptional Paediatric Nurse to lead our care team. As a Paediatric Nurse Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to children in our community-based programs. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your clinical expertise and leadership skills to drive positive outcomes for our clients.
\\ Responsibilities:
\\ * Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual client needs
\\ * Effectively manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals
\\ * Provide training and mentorship to carers in clinical skills and best practices
\\ * Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare partners
\\ * Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and quality benchmarks
\\ Essential Criteria:
\\ * Registered Children’s Nurse qualification (RSCN) with at least 6 months of UK experience
\\ * Valid NMC PIN registration
\\ * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\\ * Strong leadership and management abilities
\\ * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
