Job Description

**Role:** Credit Control Specialist

**Location:** Northeast England

**Package:** Competitive salary and benefits package. Circa £25,000 - £27,000. Monday to Friday role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company, GCS Associates, in a dynamic role that will contribute to the company's growth and success. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to ensure the effective management of credit control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions
  • Communicate with customers to resolve any issues or disputes
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debt
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to the management team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in credit control or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
