About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Little DISCoveries Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of early years professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
  2. Develop and implement engaging learning programs that meet the individual needs of each child, ensuring a stimulating and inclusive environment.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and a positive, happy, and safe environment for all.
  4. Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety, adhering to all relevant legislative requirements.
Requirements
  1. Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  2. Previous experience working within an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, or similar.
  3. Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and relevant legislation.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
