Exciting Opportunity for a Nursery Room Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Little DISCoveries Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of early years professionals to provide high-quality care and education to children
  • Develop and implement engaging learning programs that meet the individual needs of each child
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Ensure the nursery environment is safe, healthy, and stimulating for children
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children
Requirements:
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or similar
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Safeguarding policies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues, parents, and children
