F&B Receiving & Storeroom Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized F&B Receiving & Storeroom Supervisor to join our team at The Standard, London. As a key member of our purchasing team, you will be responsible for coordinating orders, receiving deliveries, and distributing goods to ensure that par stock levels are maintained across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate orders and deliveries with purchasing and back of house managers
  • Inspect deliveries to ensure they meet standards and are stored correctly
  • Manage stock levels and implement rotation control measures
  • Conduct monthly stocktakes and manage inventory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in a similar purchasing, stores, or distribution role
  • Exceptional knowledge of food and drink products and stock control procedures
  • Food Safety Level 2 certification and understanding of HACCP
  • Highly motivated and proactive with excellent administration and organization skills
  • Previous experience with Birch Street is a plus
