Job Title: Senior Site Manager

STRABAG UK Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage site teams to achieve project objectives
  • Develop and implement site plans and schedules to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Monitor and control site costs, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that projects are delivered safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior site management role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Knowledge of construction contract law and forms of contract
  • Chartered Member of a relevant professional body (MCIOB, MICE, MRICS)
