Purosearch is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Home Manager to lead our Therapeutic Children's Home in Sudbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a calm and supportive environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of care professionals to provide high-quality care and support to our residents
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
* Collaborate with our therapist to provide therapeutic support and interventions
* Ensure the home is a safe and welcoming space for all

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum
* Permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek
