What We're Looking For

We are currently seeking an International Payroll Specialist to join our UK-based global payroll team. Reporting to the Global Payroll Manager, you will be part of a core team of four. The role will initially focus on providing support for all payrolls and assisting the International Payroll Supervisor as needed.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, diligent, proactive, and has a flexible approach to managing their workload. They must also be able to adjust their working hours to accommodate different time zones. A process-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail is essential.

You will assist in all aspects of payroll processes, ensuring local tax obligations are met and accounting for the payroll. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform overseas payrolls as a primary focus, shadowing and learning each entity's requirements. Collaborate with relevant HR teams and internal departments to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Assist the International Payroll Supervisor in managing all aspects of international payroll operations, including tax compliance, benefits administration, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the payroll function.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries and concerns.
