About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care & Support Assistant to join our team at Farringford Court in Lymington, Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to residents, enabling them to live their later life well.
  • Deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans.
  • Support and encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
  • Assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits as needed.
  • Help with shopping and other daily tasks to ensure residents' needs are met.

About You:

  • You will be a warm and friendly individual with experience in a care or support environment.
  • You will have a passion for making a difference in the lives of older adults and enjoy working as part of a team in a busy setting.
  • You will be driven to deliver excellent customer service and have a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • You will have a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification or equivalent, although consideration will be given to candidates with alternative qualifications and relevant experience.
