McCarthy Stone is seeking a dedicated Care and Support Professional to provide exceptional care and support to our residents at Farringford Court in Lymington, Hampshire.

As a Care and Support Professional, you will deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans. You will also support and encourage our residents to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individual care to residents, enabling them to live later life well
  • Delivering housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate
  • Supporting and encouraging residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing
  • Booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits as needed
  • Assisting with shopping and other daily tasks

Requirements:

  • A warm and friendly individual with experience in a care or support environment
  • A passion for making a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification or equivalent
