About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate professional to join our team as Deputy Nursery Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the leadership and development of our team, providing direction, guidance, leadership, and expertise to drive success and achieve our vision of being the leading early years provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the leadership and development of the team, providing direction, guidance, leadership, and expertise.
  • Contribute to the delivery of our vision of being the leading early years provider.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive success and achieve our goals.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure effective communication and decision-making.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to support their growth and development.
