About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Years professional to join our team as Deputy Nursery Manager. As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the leadership and development of the team, providing direction, guidance, and expertise to ensure the delivery of our vision for being the leading Early Years provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the leadership and development of the team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Provide direction, guidance, and expertise to ensure the delivery of our Early Years vision and strategy.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children and staff.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the provision of high-quality Early Years education and care that meets the needs of children and families.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Early Years education and care, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, children, and families.
  • A passion for Early Years education and care, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of children and families.
