About the Job:

  • As an Executive Search Consultant, you will provide market research and intelligence on clients, analyse and predict trends within the current market, and create long lists for client mandates.
  • You will headhunt candidates, generate short lists, develop new business, and generate new leads.
  • Negotiating deals and securing lucrative commissions will be a key part of your role.
  • You will network with clients and candidates domestically and internationally, establishing relationships that drive business growth.
