About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Leader to join our Leadership team at Hall & Woodhouse Ltd. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Brewery Tap pub, located in the heart of Blandford Forum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed, and that the pub is maintained to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all guests have a positive experience.
