About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at RBH Hospitality Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our hotel's maintenance and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out general maintenance and repairs to the hotel and external grounds.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance in all areas, working closely with the General Manager.
  • Conduct regular monitoring of hotel assets and plant to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement a planned maintenance program to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Liaise with and oversee approved contractors to ensure high-quality work.
  • Manage resources and stock to ensure effective maintenance operations.
  • Contribute to the senior team and contribute positively to the hotel's operation.

Requirements

  • A background in maintenance or facilities management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Time-served or qualified in electrical and plumbing works (formal training available).
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to identify defects quickly.
  • A problem-solving approach and ability to adapt under pressure.
  • Ability to operate computer systems for compliance tracking.
