Maintenance Supervisor

As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement maintenance plans that meet the needs of the hotel.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of maintenance services.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory levels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, and work at heights.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair faults.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
