Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage software development projects within the insurance industry, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful project delivery within time and budget constraints.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management within the insurance sector, with a strong understanding of software development processes.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

Contract Details:

  • This is a contract position outside IR35.
  • The role requires occasional onsite presence in Gloucester.
