Job Title: Machine Operator

Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a leading UK shower tray manufacturer, Just Trays, to recruit a skilled Machine Operator.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to cut and finish composite materials, ensuring output targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC machines to cut and finish composite materials
  • Quality check skins for defects or damages and report any defects
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment functionality
  • Monitor and control manufacturing and operational processes in the designated zone
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment operation and production activities
  • Complete necessary paperwork or digital documentation where required
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols
Requirements:
  • Accuracy, attention, and keen eye for detail
  • Experience of operating CNC machinery or similar
  • Effective application of quality techniques
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures
  • Organised and diligent
  • Results driven
  • Team player
  • Manufacturing experience is essential
