Lead Early Years Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Early Years Educator to join our team at Bright Horizons Hatch End Day Nursery and Preschool.

Your Role:
As a Lead Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education. You will ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for children across both indoor and outdoor areas. Your role will involve delivering and planning rich learning opportunities and exceptional care to help all children develop and meet their individual milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to deliver exceptional care and education
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and carers, as well as other professionals
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety and safeguarding
- Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification and previous experience working within an Early Years setting. You should have a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary starting from £29,845.20 per annum, depending on qualification and experience. This role is based at our Bright Horizons Hatch End Day Nursery and Preschool in Pinner, HA5.
