We are seeking an experienced and qualified Nursery Manager to lead our team at KiddyKare Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and early years education, with the ability to motivate and inspire our staff to provide high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to ensure the provision of high-quality care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including Ofsted requirements.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and social workers, to provide a holistic approach to childcare.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
