Nursery Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our team at Bright Horizons Hatch End Day Nursery and Preschool.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and education to our children, ensuring a safe and engaging environment that meets their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Early Years professionals to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Develop and implement learning plans that meet the needs of all children
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations, including Safeguarding and Child Protection
  • Contribute to the development of the nursery's policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or Nursery Manager
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Safeguarding
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents
