A dynamic full-service law firm based in Lewes and London has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Trust Tax Manager to join their team. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing the preparation of trust tax returns, drafting inheritance tax accounts, and ensuring adherence to HMRC's Trust Registration Service.

About the Role
This position involves providing expert taxation services, including preparing and submitting personal tax returns, offering tax planning advice, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely filing and record-keeping. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of UK tax laws and regulations, with a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the preparation of trust tax returns and draft inheritance tax accounts.
  • Apply HMRC's Trust Registration Service effectively to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and submit personal tax returns for clients.
  • Offer tax planning advice to clients and trustees.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely filing and record-keeping.

Requirements
Candidates should possess at least 2 years' experience as a Trust Tax Manager or similar, with a strong background in UK tax laws and regulations.
