Medical Practice Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Management Assistant at North Street Medical Care. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality, clinically effective services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the coding, scanning, and records administration teams, ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient data.
- Oversee the administration of childhood immunisations, safeguarding, and significant events, ensuring compliance with national and local guidelines.
- Provide administrative support to the Practice Manager, including HR tasks, accurate record-keeping, and ensuring the smooth operation of the practice.
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant to our practice.
- Support the clinical team in the delivery of clinical governance, including the organisation and management of significant events and serious untoward incident reviews.
- GCSEs or higher in a relevant subject.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.
- Strong IT skills, including experience with EMIS and other clinical systems.
- Ability to prioritise, delegate, and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of working in a healthcare setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
