Electrical Contract Manager Job Description

PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Contract Manager to lead our Design + Build projects from start to finish. Our client is a respected Electrical Contractor based in Nottingham, with a strong reputation for quality and a commitment to progression from within.

Responsibilities:

Involvement in pre-construction activities, including pre-start validation, management of the design process, site set-up, and production of RAM's/CPP's.
Managing the day-to-day progress of projects, including recording progress against the project programme and recording any delays, seeking to mitigate where possible.
Commercial success of the project from agreement of procurement/buying schedule with the estimating team through reporting and substantiating Variation/Changes, producing interim applications, and the Final Account.
Management of the commissioning, close-out, and handover process for the project(s) through close liaison with the commissioning specialists and site teams.
