Electrical Contract Manager Job Description

PSR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Contract Manager to lead our Design + Build projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day progress of projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-construction activities, including pre-start validation, design management, site setup, and production of RAMs/CPPs.
  • Managing project progress, recording progress against the project programme, and mitigating delays.
  • Commercial success of the project, including procurement, reporting, and substantiating variations.
  • Commissioning, close-out, and handover process for projects, working closely with commissioning specialists and site teams.
Package:
  • Annual salary: £50,000 - £60,000
  • Car allowance or company car
  • Bonus scheme (x2)
  • Healthcare and pension
