- Liaise with senior operational staff for major events, ensuring efficient supply of equipment
- Investigate and resolve customer and staff complaints promptly
- Continually review warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement
- Foster a culture of developing and coaching staff to achieve their maximum potential
- Assist in the recruitment, interview, and selection of staff
- Monitor warehouse expenditure to remain within budget guidelines
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure best possible deals and supply
- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and operations
- Experience in planning logistics, staffing levels, and facilities management
- Familiarity with high-performance culture and excellent time management skills
- Thorough understanding of relevant Health and Safety procedures and Financial Management
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships
