Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at RSK Habitat Management. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, smooth, and profitable delivery of our projects. You will work closely with our contracts management team to allocate projects and ensure that they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required specification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, on budget, and to the required specification.
  • Work closely with the contracts management team to allocate projects and ensure that they are delivered in accordance with company and client procedures.
  • Manage site records, including daily diaries, POWRA, PUWER check sheets, and records of completed works.
  • Manage financial records and invoices from suppliers, ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Develop and implement RAMS and associated safety critical documentation, in line with company and client procedures.
  • Contribute to the compilation and production of high-quality tenders and quotations to win new works from existing clients.

Person Specification:

  • A degree or HND in an Environmental or Construction-related discipline (desirable).
  • Previous experience in the Ecological Contracting sector.
  • Previous, demonstrable, and strong experience in Project Management of site-based operations.
  • Entrepreneurial outlook and drive.
  • IOSH Managing Safely (desirable).
  • SMSTS.
  • CSCS card (Gold/Black).
  • Full driving license is essential.

Salary and Benefits:

  • £30,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
