Healthcare Assistant

The University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust is seeking a skilled Clinical Support Worker to join their Community Respiratory Service. This is a permanent contract opportunity that offers a challenging and rewarding role in the delivery of pulmonary rehabilitation programs across South Lakes.
This role will involve working alongside a team of healthcare professionals to support the planning, organisation, and delivery of pulmonary rehabilitation assessments, groups, and final assessments. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with patient communication, data entry, and administrative tasks, as well as supporting the delivery of exercise classes and other clinical activities.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Care Certificate or equivalent experience/training, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude to work and the ability to cope with change.

Main Responsibilities- Assist with patient communication and data entry

- Flexible attitude to work and ability to cope with change
