Salary:£35,000 - £45,000 per annum

Job Description:

As an Academic Leader at Leonard Cheshire, you will be responsible for supervising and deploying staff within your allocated team. You will support customers with the provision of care, personal support, daily living tasks, and activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for the line management of Support Workers within the service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A recognised professional development and registration relevant to the needs of the service.
  • A SVQ Level 3 qualification in health and social care or currently working towards it.
  • Prior experience of working with people with disabilities.
  • A full, clean driving licence (if required to drive).
  • Demonstrable commitment to continue training and developing professionally, including keeping up to date with current knowledge of standards and legislation.
  • The ability and willingness to travel, if required.
