Welcome to Home Made, a leader in the rental industry We are looking for a highly skilled Residential Property Account Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating reports, and analysing data to inform business decisions. You will work closely with the Customer Success Manager and Leasing Manager to develop marketing strategies and train junior sales teams.

About the Role:

  • Client Management and Onboarding: Provide expert advice and recommendations to BtR clients on industry best practices, market trends, and asset optimisation strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports to offer deep insights into client portfolio performance.
  • Sales Funnel Optimisation: Refine and optimise processes to drive efficiency and increase conversion rates.
  • Training and Development: Train junior sales teams on new sites and key processes for high-performance delivery.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for each client's development site.
  • Project Management: Project manage all accounts from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Customer Success Manager, Leasing Manager, and senior leadership team.
  • Meeting Management: Attend weekly meetings with clients to discuss key account updates.

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £110,000 - £130,000 OTE, plus benefits such as annual leave, modern offices, and opportunities for upskilling in your career.
