Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing change management strategies to minimize disruption and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize changes.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and vendors.

Requirements:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of managing change initiatives in the rail sector.
- Strong understanding of CDM regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, health insurance, and annual leave.
