About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Countryside and Arboriculture Lecturer to join our team at Shuttleworth College, part of The Bedford College Group. As a Lecturer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to our students, preparing and delivering a range of Further Education Countryside provision and Arboricultural Short-courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, delivering, and assessing courses in Countryside and Arboriculture.
  • Undertaking course administration, including learner registration, assessment planning, and exams entry.
  • Contributing to curriculum development and programme area/centre developments.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Countryside Management/Arboriculture or a related field.
  • Level 3 vocational qualification in Countryside/Arboriculture or equivalent.
  • Recent experience in the Countryside/Arboriculture industry.
  • Experience as a teacher, trainer, or instructor.
