High-End Garden Maintenance Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High-End Maintenance Gardener to join our client's prestigious portfolio of clients in South-West London and Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Horticulture: All aspects of horticulture, including specialised and general tasks.
  • Lawn Care: All aspects of lawn care, including maintenance and upkeep.
  • Chemical Applications: Safe operation of machinery and chemical applications, subject to training and supervision.
  • Ground Clearance: Seasonal work, including ground clearance and maintenance of hard surfaces and furniture.
  • Water Features: Maintenance and cleaning of water features and irrigation systems.
Requirements:
  • Recognised Horticultural Qualification: A recognised qualification in horticulture is essential.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in high-end gardening, both private domestic and commercial sites.
  • Driving Licence: A full clean driving licence is required.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work positively in a team and take direction as required.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and take ownership of work.
  • Energy and Motivation: High levels of energy and self-motivation.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a pro-active attitude.
  • Time Management: Good time-management and ability to work under pressure.
  • Work Ethic: Strong work ethic and integrity.
