High-End Garden Maintenance Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High-End Maintenance Gardener to join our client's prestigious portfolio of clients in South-West London and Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional horticultural services, including all aspects of lawn care, chemical applications, and record keeping.
  • Perform ground clearance and seasonal work, sweeping and maintenance of hard surfaces and furniture within the gardens.
  • Tend to beds, borders, and containers, and perform specialised pruning and trimming.
  • Maintain and clean water features and day-to-day maintenance of irrigation systems.
  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently, subject to training.
Requirements:
  • Recognised horticultural qualification and proven experience gardening in high-end gardens.
  • Ability to work positively in a team, take direction, and follow instruction.
  • High levels of energy, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong attention to detail, a pro-active attitude, and good time-management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain integrity and discretion.
