Key Responsibilities:- Act as the bridge between business teams and technical teams, translating high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications.
- Develop clear, concise, and detailed functional specification documents that outline the business requirements, process flows, and system behavior.
- Analyse and document current and future state business processes, identifying opportunities for improvements or automation within the SaaS platform.
- Define and write user stories and acceptance criteria in an agile environment, ensuring that user needs are translated into actionable development tasks.
- Validate and prioritize requirements based on business goals, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
- Experience working as a Business Analyst in a SaaS product environment.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in gathering, specifying, and documenting requirements that reflect both business strategy and customer requests.
- Agile methodologies, familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience in writing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
- Tools, familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management and documentation tools.
