Job Title: Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at AeroProfessional Limited. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all maintenance is conducted on time and to the highest approved standard.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all necessary records in accordance with Aviation Regulations and the company's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
  2. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with Aviation Regulations.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities.
  4. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  5. Provide training and guidance to junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  1. Type-Rated on the ATR72 or DHC-6 on any Licence (EASA/FAA/ICAO/UK CAA).
  2. FTS (fuel tank safety) training.
  3. Phase 1 HF (human factors) training.
  4. Knowledge of EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnect System).
  5. Experience in the aviation industry in an AMO.
  6. Experience as a nominated postholder.
  7. Proven and successful record in leading large groups or teams of people.
  8. Extensive experience in quality, risk and environmental management and internal and external auditing.
