Job Description

To meet the growing demand for our services, we are seeking individuals with a range of expertise and experience in aviation and safety management. You will have a proven track record of applying techniques to manage risks and maintain performance in complex, safety-critical environments.

You will have either in-depth knowledge of aviation operations and technology or be familiar with different safety techniques, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety argument production. You will be interested in technical work and willing to use and develop your capabilities by working on consultancy projects and other activities within our rapidly growing aviation and UK businesses.

The consultancy environment can be fast-paced, with opportunities emerging at short notice. You will need to be flexible and agile in delivering excellence in consultancy services and meeting client requirements.

Candidates should be degree-qualified in a numerate subject, preferably in engineering, science, or aviation. You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in an operational or safety-related role in a safety-critical environment.

You must have a proactive nature, drive to see projects through to a conclusion, and excellent critical thinking skills. You will enjoy client engagement, problem-solving, and written and verbal presentation skills.
