About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy team at Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our patients, working within a multidisciplinary team to optimise their health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective clinical care to patients with a wide range of inpatient pre and post-operative conditions.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines.
- Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of care.
- Provide education and training to junior staff members to support their professional development.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, and have evidence of further professional training and continual professional development. You will also need to be a confident communicator with excellent clinical reasoning skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
