**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Professional to join our Cross-Sectional Team at Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, working closely with other imaging professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform high-quality radiography and CT/MRI scans as required
• Ensure accurate records are kept on the Radiology Information System (RIS) and corrected/updated where necessary
• Participate in the out-of-hours CT standby service to cover unplanned sickness during the night
• Collaborate with other imaging professionals to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A BSc in Diagnostic Radiography or a Diploma of the College of Radiographers (Diagnostic)
• Completion of In-House CT and/or MRI Training programme
• Experience of an extensive range of CT and/or MRI procedures
• Evidence of ongoing CPD incorporating current advances in CT/MRI
• Ability to participate in 24/7 working with a flexible shift pattern, including weekends and nights across multiple sites

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £38,690 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including annual leave, pension scheme, and life assurance.
