Job Title: Imaging Technologist - CT and MRI

**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Imaging Technologist to join our team at Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Cross-Sectional Team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT and MRI scans, working closely with other imaging professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Main Duties
• Perform high-quality CT and MRI scans as required
• Ensure accurate records are kept on the Radiology Information System (RIS) and corrected/updated where necessary
• Participate in the out-of-hours CT standby service to cover unplanned sickness during the night
• Collaborate with other imaging professionals to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A BSc in Diagnostic Radiography or a Diploma of the College of Radiographers (Diagnostic)
• Completion of In-House CT and/or MRI Training programme
• Experience of an extensive range of CT and/or MRI procedures
• Evidence of ongoing CPD incorporating current advances in CT/MRI
• Ability to participate in 24/7 working with a flexible shift pattern, including weekends and nights across multiple sites
