Job Overview:

Qualiteach Ltd is seeking a Learning Support Mentor to join their team at a SEN School in Enfield. The ideal candidate will have strong Maths and English tutoring skills and experience in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) environment.

The Learning Support Mentor will support young boys aged with MLD, SLD, Autism, and ADHD, equipping them with important life skills to succeed. The role requires tutoring skills to help students fully engage with the curriculum.

The SEN School is rated Outstanding in a 2023 Ofsted inspection and has several transport links for public commuters. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive team and have opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with MLD, SLD, Autism, and ADHD
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure student progress
