Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic English Mentor to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality academic support to students with SEN, focusing on Maths and English skills.
  2. Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the needs of students with diverse learning abilities.
  3. Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless integration of academic support into the curriculum.
  4. Provide coaching and mentoring to students to help them develop essential life skills and confidence.

Requirements:

  • Strong Maths and English tutoring skills, with experience working with students with SEN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of students.
  • Knowledge of SEN policies and procedures, with a commitment to inclusive and accessible education practices.
