We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Crime Prevention Manager to join our team at Prime Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for preventing and detecting financial crime, assessing the industry fraud threat, and reviewing existing fraud processes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Financial Crime, covering Fraud, AML and Cyber, as well as strong staff management skills.

This is a full-time opportunity with a salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Prevent and detect financial crime">
  • Assess the industry fraud threat and overall financial crime risk and control framework">
  • Review existing fraud processes/systems/controls">
  • Support the design/development of fraud controls/recommendations">
  • Manage and mentor junior staff through the day-to-day Fraud detection processes, ensuring adherence to market regulations/internal controls">

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Financial Crime gained within banking covering Fraud, AML and Cyber">
  • Strong staff management skills">
  • Degree educated">
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral">
