Job DescriptionAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced teachers and support staff to provide individualized support to students with complex needs. Your role will involve:
- Providing one-to-one support to students in small classes
- Assisting students with their learning and development
- Helping students to understand and engage with lessons
- Supporting students with their behavior and emotional needs
