Community Outreach Coordinator

Mission-driven Massachusetts Nonprofit Network is seeking a dedicated Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team in Essex County. In this role, you will engage with students, parents, educators, and community groups to grow Girl Scout membership. Your primary responsibility will be to showcase the transformative impact of Girl Scouts locally and globally.
Main Responsibilities:
* Travel to create meaningful connections with recruitment outlets, members, caregivers, schools, faith-based communities, community organizations, and other contacts.
* Design, schedule, promote, and conduct events to educate individuals about the benefits of Girl Scout membership.
* Recruit adult members offering leadership volunteer opportunities within a troop.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and local volunteers to deliver impactful events.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role
* Ability to work a flexible schedule
* Reliable transportation
