About the Role:

This dynamic role involves driving sales, coordinating retail activations, and collaborating with internal teams to showcase the brand's excellence. As a Luxury Skincare Brand Executive, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, client relationships, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Retail Sales & Client Relationship Management
    • BUILD meaningful customer relationships
    • Provide personalised skincare consultations
    • Captivate clients with engaging brand storytelling
  2. Stock & Administration
    • Manage stock levels
    • Handle transactions
    • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising
  3. Team Management & Leadership
    • Motivate and mentor your team
    • Inspire excellence
    • Foster a collaborative environment
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in luxury beauty sector (skincare)
  • Achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality customer experiences
  • Prior experience working for a big retailer
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Excellent organisational skills (CRM to inventory management)
  • Fluent English (additional European languages a bonus)
Salary Range:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum
