About the Role

At Northamptonshire Children's Trust, we are seeking a highly experienced Advanced Social Work Practitioner to join our Permanence Team. This exciting opportunity will enable you to contribute to working collaboratively with families and supporting children who are looked after by the Local Authority with a Care Plan of adoption, to achieve permanence.
